Trigger warning. I am talking about scales today. Yup. And I know how most people feel about scales. We hate them, stepping on them gives us anxiety, and throwing them away feels like freedom. But I am here to tell you that throwing away the scale isn’t always the solution. Maybe for some of us, but not all of us. The scale can still be useful IF you are able to remove the emotional and self worthiness component awat from the number. Speaking from my own personal experience here, I have gone through soooooo many different stages of relationships with the scale and I am going to show you how I went from being afraid of the scale to hating the scale to throwing away to scale to having a major BREAKTHROUGH with the scale. I am going to show you how I freed myself from the scale’s power, and put that power back in MY hands and how you can do the exact same thing!
