This is High Intensity Interval Training, which does NOT mean it’s super hard! Just go at your own pace, more advanced people can simply add more weight to their moves. Beginners will love this series: just work hard for 50 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds, then repeat for 20 minutes. Easy peasy!
