Tone & Torch Bootcamp Day 1 [FULL WORKOUT]

SMASH your goals this January! This is a fun CARDIO workout, based on the principle of High Intensity Interval Training. Give it your ALL for 50 seconds, then rest for 10, then repeat for the full workout. Go at your pace, and have FUN!!
