You guys when I say today’s no-equipment arm workout is going to be INSANE… I’m not kidding. 😳 Your arms are going to LOVE it (and probably hate it a little too at some points) but you will feel SOOOO accomplished after!

We’re gonna do 20 moves, 1:30 each. Your moves are:
