12 Minute Upper Body Workout with Weights (toned shoulders, triceps & biceps)

I’ve had to keep this a secret for sooo long, I can’t believe I FINALLY get to share it with you!! Are you ready?!?

Today, the Blogilates collection is relaunching in Targets across the US!! I’m obsessed with some of the new items, especially the gold weight rack and the one GALLON water bottle!

To celebrate, I wanted to do a workout you’ve been asking for… weighted arms! So grab a set of light & heavy weights, and let’s get started! If you don’t have weights, you can substitute the weights for anything from water bottles, wine bottles, or cans of food. Are you ready?!!
