Omg. If you love popcorn, you NEED to try this! 🍿 #shorts

Omg. I made high protein kettle corn 🍿 and it’s actually SO GOOD. The sweetness from the protein powder mixed with the saltiness from the popcorn is giving me county fair vibes but like, post workout.

I like to use my Sweet Cream Sculpt + Debloat Protein with Probiotics mixed it in with some microwaveable popcorn I have lying around. Obviously the macros will be different based on what brands you buy, but just make sure to read the labels! You don’t need the extra buttery popcorn but you also don’t wanna buy the one with no salt and no flavor.

This snack is perfect post workout because you get carbs to help replenish your glycogen stores and protein yo help rebuild muscles. Just make sure you drink tons of water too!
