Omg I was actually really scared to do this because I injured my hamstring back in college when I went from a cartwheel dropped into a split direct onto hardwood floor at the end of a dance routine and heard a “pop”. 😳 The injury still restricts and affects my flexibility to this day.
Anywayyyyy for the Doja Splits challenge, with some slowwwww practice, pillows, and the Cloudcushion mat from @POPFLEX (will be restocked soon), my hammies were saved this time!
I literally did this so many times this morning. Toppled over almost every single time too! It’s all in squeezing the thighs and core. Finally got it – sorta!
