Measure Your Fitness With This Fitness Test!

BodyRock Trainer Sean Light takes you through a quick and sweaty timed fitness test to help you measure and track your fitness. You’re going to work your whole body for this test, so warm up a bit, but don’t drain yourself before you do this.

The point of this test is to let you see where you are with your fitness. Grab a pen and piece of paper to record your scores.

Sean uses some BodyRock gear here, but you can also do this with no equipment or whatever you have around the house.

This fitness test is going to test your cardiovascular health, as well as your muscular strength, agility and power.
