What is it? ➡️ A FREE 14-day workout program & meal plan designed to help you reach your physical and mental goals for summer! You will work out 30 minutes a day, use my registered dietitian-approved meal plan, and drink 64 oz water every day for 14 days.

When does it start? ➡️ May 3rd -16th. The first day is a brand new video so don’t start without us 😉

How long are the workouts? ➡️ Each day you’ll be committing to 30 minutes of exercise!
