OMG the #1000abchallenge is probably my hardest challenge ever.

What’s the challenge? ➡️ We’re going to work our way to 1,000 reps of abs over the course of 10 days! On day 1, we’ll do 100 reps. On day 2, we’ll do day 1’s workout + 100 reps of the day 2 move… and so on!

When does it start? ➡️ Monday, March 1st!

Where do I follow along? ➡️ I’ll post the day 1 video on YouTube, but days 2-10 are ONLY going to be available on my app, BODY By Blogilates! It’s free to download!
