Very Delicious Tandoori Style Chicken on a Pan

On this video, I’m demonstrating a simple but delicious way to marinate your chicken and cook it without an oven!
Tandoori cooking is all about baking/roasting your meat/food in a hot tandoor oven which traditionally, is a cylindrical clay oven that uses charcoal or wood fire and has intense heat. If you are going to use an electric oven then you should use the highest heat setting of the oven to get that charred look that is synonymous with tandoor cooking.
For the marination I’m using curry powder and enhancing the flavours using ginger and garlic powder but one of the main things to note when cooking on a pan is to use high heat then cover the pan a little later so that the chicken cooks on the inside.
