This is a tasty naan recipe that you can make at home using the oven.
2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup (100mL) milk or water, plus more as needed
1 tablespoon yogurt (ideally with live cultures)

Melted butter (if using unsalted butter, also top the finished naan with a little more salt)

Knead the dough again right before baking, divide it into two balls, and let
them rest for about 15 minutes before you roll them out.
After rolling, sprinkle the toppings then roll them to stick to the naan.
Place in a hot oven(with top heat on) with the garlic facing down and bake until the top side becomes golden brown.
Turn to cook on the garlic side and allow to lightly brown(this side will take less time to brown)
Apply melted butter or ghee when off the oven and serve hot.
