How To Make Ugali

Ugali is a Kenyan Staple that is a mixture of water and maize flour/meal that’s cooked until firm. You need a wooden spatula when cooking and a pot that’s not non stick.

Ingredients:
2 cups Boiling Water
2 cups Maize meal
(Have 1/2 cup extra of hot water incase you need to make the Ugali softer)
