How To Dry Rub and Grill Pork Chops

On this video I’m making a simple but tasty grilled pork chop meal and used a dry rub for flavouring the meat.
To make your own dry rub, just mix herbs(like oregano, rosemary,thyme) and add garlic powder/ginger as well as paprika, some salt to taste and black pepper etc. The idea is to make sure you use powdered spices to make a ru with ingredients you like or have.
Also don’t make it too complicated by adding too many different ingredients. Once you make it mix well and taste to see if you like it and add more of whatever flavour you need.
